saturday post-movie dinner

where: waterfront ale house, 2nd ave between 29th and 30th, nyc
who: me + rob
beer me: my fave, blue point toasted lager
food me: super nacho platter + pulled pig sandwich with sweet potato fries

We finally saw Inception and wanted to grab dinner close to the apt.  Reviews give their beer selection two thumbs up and so did we.  The place itself was less than desirable looking, but the pulled pig sandwich and fries hit the spot.

food me: "the after school special" english muffin pizza

This place was pretty sweet.  Decent beers, but what really won me was all the throwback finger foods they made in their toaster oven in the corner.
